The Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2 is a universal power supply for all battery-operated guitar pedal effects. New features include two outputs that will power Line 6 modeling pedals and two outputs that can have a variable voltage "sag" to emulate dying carbon batteries. Like the original Pedal Power, each of its eight outputs are completely isolated, short circuit protected, regulated and highly filtered. The Pedal Power 2 comes complete with cables, detachable AC power cord, is hand made in the U.S.A. and carries a 5-year warranty. "I’ve wrestled with various store-bought and custom-made power supplies over the years, but this was the first time I was able to connect everything in minutes and get great results without hum or profanity" -Guitar Player
Isolated Outputs:
Each output is completely isolated. This means that you won´t have any ground loops or interaction between pedals that can cause hum and noise. It also means that unlike other "common ground" power supplies, you can run effects that have both negative and positive grounds without difficulty.
Boss Pedals:
There are two types of Boss pedal effects, which specify either PSA or ACA type power supplies. Boss pedals specifying the PSA type adapter operate at 9V like most other pedals. Boss pedals which specify the ACA type adapter operate at a higher voltage.
The Voodoo Lab Pedal Power is the only universal power supply available which will power any type of Boss pedal effect. There is a selector switch for each DC output on the bottom of the Pedal Power to select the correct voltage.
Short Circuit Protection:
Each output on the Pedal Power is short-circuit protected. This means that if you have a short in a power cable, or one of your pedals malfunctions, the Pedal Power will temporarily turn off the power to that pedal. All other outputs will continue to function normally and the Pedal Power is not damaged.
Toroidal Transformer:
Power transformers create an electric field that can cause hum and noise in your effects. Some effects, such as wahs, are particularly susceptible to this. A toroidal transformer has a specially designed core that greatly reduces this electric field. The Pedal Power uses this type of power transformer so that your pedal board is quiet.

All tube , 3 channel preamp

Download the mp3 demo HERE (1.35 MB)
The Voodoo Lab Guitar Preamp delivers superb tone suitable for both direct recording and live performance in a convenient single rack space package. It features three channels and an all vacuum tube design. Clean, Rhythm and Lead channels provide a good range of voicings and gain structures. Tone controls include two sets of bass, mid and treble plus bright switches for each channel. Common to all channels is an emphasis on a tight bottom end with a rich, well defined midrange. The Voodoo Lab Guitar Preamp is particularly attractive for project studios and home recording. In addition to standard 1/4´' line outs, both balanced XLR and unbalanced direct outputs are included along with our Cabtone cabinet simulator circuitry. The Cabtone provides a realistic, fully analog simulation of both 4x12 closed and 2x12 open back speaker cabinets. This preamp is also exceptionally quiet due to its power supply design, which includes a toroidal transformer and fully filtered and regulated DC heater supply. The clean channel is airy and open with huge headroom. Its gain ranges from sparkly clean to a sweet bluesy overdrive. A Punch switch adds girth to the mids and bottom as well as slightly more gain. The rhythm channel yields the fat, bold crunch of our favorite vintage British amps, with emphasis on plenty of low end chunk. This channel’s gain ranges from a warm medium crunch to a grinding modern rhythm. The lead channel delivers searing modern-style rock attack with clarity and definition. Its gain ranges from an edgier version of the rhythm channel to blistering full-shred. Whether live or in the studio, the Voodoo Lab Guitar Preamp is a full featured, all-tube preamp that will satisfy the most demanding tone connoisseur.

The best speaker simulator !

The CABTONE is a guitar cabinet simulator for direct recording, sound reinforcement and slaving additional amps and effects. It takes line or speaker level signals and provides both balanced and unbalanced outputs. You can select between accurate simulations of fat, punchy 4x12 closed back or spacious 2x12 open back speaker cabinets. Or switch out cabinet simulation for spanky clean rhythms. Ground lift and phase invert switches are included to eliminate noise and phase cancellation. Recording your amp has never been easier. Now you can get consistently great tones without the hassle of mics and mic placement. For silent, late night multi-tracking, you can record with your favorite overdrive or other pedals directly through the CABTONE. You can use the CABTONE to eliminate the common problems of miking on stage, such as feedback and bleedthrough in the mix. Plus, get great, consistent tone no matter where you play. How we tested it We set up one of our favorite amps with a 4x12 cabinet loaded with Celestion Vintage 30´s and miked with an SM57. This was recorded onto an Otari 1/2" 8-track using a Mackie mixer. We also took a line out from the amp and simultaneously recorded two other tracks. The first through a Hughes & Kettner Red Box, the other through our CABTONE. As you would expect, the actual miked cabinet sounded real good. Although to really get a tone we liked required some EQing on the board. In contrast, we felt the Red Box sounded a bit thin and brittle. The CABTONE had a very usable tone with the EQ straight up. And subsequent listenings proved the CABTONE to be nearly indistinguishable from the real mike and cabinet. Conclusion I think the mike and cabinet tone could have been improved by spending more time on mike placement. If you have a great room and the time to really fine tune it, this would probably yield the best tone. However, the CABTONE resulted in truly excellent recorded tone with a minimum of effort and equipment.

Strikingly vocal with a distinctive organic tone, the Voodoo Lab Analog Chorus is the only true sonic replica of the most sought after chorus of all time– the 1976 CE-1. Its lush, focused tone is the standard by which all other chorus effects are measured. The Analog Chorus is capable of a wide range of sounds from a thick analog doubling, to an ultra-lush chorus, and even a Leslie rotating speaker. "The Voodoo Lab Analog Chorus is a faithful sonic clone of the old CE1...warm, pulsing and sexy” -Guitar Player “Warm where many other products are seemingly sterile and cold” -Guitar World “This is the best chorus I’ve ever used” -Tim Pierce, L.A. session player Download the MP3 demos:

The rare Jordan Electronics Bosstone (circa 1968) is considered by many to be the ultimate vintage fuzz. The Voodoo Lab Superfuzz starts with this classic fuzz design and adds unique tone and resonance circuits to create an amazing new array of fuzz tones. The tone control delivers a wide spectrum of midrange and bass timbres, everything from an extreme gain scooped tone through a raucous, bluesy, prominent mid voicing. The resonance control is a sub-harmonic booster that lets you add an aggressive bottom end not typically found on fuzz pedals. Attack varies the gain from rich and creamy to outrageous. “The Superfuzz flaunts tons of output and reacts well to picking dynamics...while making a little combo amp sound like it’s pumping a big cabinet. Yeah!” -Guitar Player “I was overjoyed to plug in my guitar and hear the exact sound I used on the first four Spirit albums” -Randy California

The Octavia is a fuzz which creates the octave doubling effect (one octave higher) made famous by Jimi Hendrix and Jeff Beck. The Voodoo Lab Proctavia is an exact replica of Tycobrahe Sound Company’s Octavia, the model used by Stevie Ray Vaughan and considered the most desirable by vintage collectors. The Proctavia includes the same transistors, germanium diodes and transformer coupled output stage as the original circuit to produce the outrageous distortion and high octave sound heard on classic recordings like “Are You Experienced” and “Wired”.

The Voodoo Lab Sparkle Drive is an overdrive pedal featuring a unique “clean” control. It’s overdrive circuit provides the same tone as a vintage ‘808. Then the clean control blends back in a boosted direct signal. This restores the attack and feel which is lost in a highly compressed overdrive circuit. The Sparkle Drive utilizes the same concept as layering two amps, one clean and the other saturated. Of course with the clean control turned down, you get a classic overdrive tone. All the way up, it provides a super transparent, 100% clean boost. And just like every Voodoo Lab pedal effect, the Sparkle Drive features true bypass switching, a heavy duty metal switch and on/off status LED. It’s hand built from the finest components available and is backed by a 5-year warranty.

The Voodoo Lab Tremolo re-creates the buttery, seductive tone of a vintage tube amp tremolo. This is accomplished by using the same lamp and photocell assembly found in many popular vintage amps. This pedal also features a slope control which lets you adjust the feel from a traditional soothing tremolo to a hard “machine-gun” stutter. Speed and intensity controls provide a wide range to include very slow and deep sounds. A volume control lets you cut or boost the output level. Now you can add warm, mind-bending trem vibes to any amp with the most versatile tremolo available. “Nicely voiced, with very slow and very fast speeds...” -Guitar Player

Originally designed in 1968 as a rotating speaker simulator, the Uni-vibe achieved legendary status on landmark recordings by Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The Voodoo Lab Micro Vibe delivers the lush, psychedelic swirl of the original Uni-vibe. And it’s the only Uni-vibe copy available in a compact, battery-operated pedal. The Micro Vibe includes the original sine-wave oscillator, incandescent lamp, and photocells to achieve the most authentic sound of any Uni-vibe clone. “Sounds astonishingly big...this elegant little box delivers a rich, bright sound that stands up to any we’ve heard” -Guitar Player “Capable of producing a more authentic tone than other Uni-vibe copies” -Guitar Shop “Sounds great! I use it all the time” -Michael Landau.
